This Big5 Monkey Orange Candle has been decoupaged with all of the big 5 animals on each tea-light candle holder, these big 5 animal monkey orange balls are harvested by local villagers in the Mpumalanga area of South Africa and once received at the workshop,  the skin is removed and they are dried out for 12 months, once dried they are brought to the artists who turn these fruits into contemporary African art for home use, some are left in their natural shape and used as home decor as well as turning them into beautiful candles using various techniques such as decoupage, hand-painting as well as carving
